This Privacy Policy explains how bluprompts collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use bluprompts.com, including the AI image prompt keyword dictionary, model pages, image examples, practice quiz, and related features.

Summary

bluprompts is currently a public reference site. You can browse the dictionary, view AI-generated image examples, use model pages, and take the practice quiz without creating an account. We do not intentionally collect account information, payment information, or profile information from public site visitors. We may collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the site. If bluprompts adds user accounts, saved preferences, newsletters, paid features, or other interactive services, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when those features launch.

Information You Provide to Us

We may collect information that you choose to provide, such as your email address or message contents if you contact us at support@bluprompts.com. If bluprompts adds user accounts or related features, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, username, password or authentication credentials, saved preferences, saved prompts, favorite keywords, subscription status, support requests, and other information you choose to add to your account.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit bluprompts, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically receive limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, request timestamps, and diagnostic logs. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics also receives site-usage events and related device information so we can understand general usage patterns and improve bluprompts.

Browser Storage, Cookies, and Preferences

bluprompts uses local storage and session storage for privacy choices and features you request, such as theme, model views, comparison and preview state, temporary history, carousel state, and locally saved keyword collections if you use that feature. This functional storage is separate from analytics and remains available if you reject analytics. Session data generally ends with the browser session. Your privacy choice is stored for up to six months; other persistent feature data remains until replaced, removed by the feature, or cleared in your browser. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets first-party _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> cookies that may last for up to two years.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and maintain bluprompts, respond to messages, secure the site, diagnose bugs, improve performance, understand which parts of the site are useful, prevent misuse, preserve legal rights, and develop the site. If user accounts are added, we may also use account information to authenticate users, save user settings, provide account-specific features, communicate about the service, provide support, and manage subscriptions or feature access.

AI Image and Prompt Data

bluprompts publishes curated prompt keywords, prompt examples, AI-generated image examples, model names, scene labels, and related metadata. Public prompt and image content on the site is part of the bluprompts content library and is not intended to contain personal information about site visitors. If account features allow users to save prompts, submit prompts, upload content, or generate images, those user-submitted materials may be associated with the user account and handled as described in the updated policy for those features.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, or support the site. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Third-Party Services

bluprompts may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting, storage, security, email, analytics, authentication, AI provider, or payment services. For analytics, we use Google Analytics to help understand how visitors use the site. These third parties may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. If account features, payments, newsletters, or AI generation features are added, this section should be updated to identify the major service categories or providers used for those features.

Analytics and Advertising

Google Analytics is off unless you allow it through Cookie Settings. When enabled, it helps us understand aggregate site usage, such as pages visited, navigation patterns, and device or browser types. We use this information to improve content and diagnose issues. bluprompts does not currently use targeted advertising or sell visitor data. You can withdraw permission at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating the site, responding to requests, maintaining security, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing our Terms. If user accounts are added, account information will generally be retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless deletion is requested or a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website, network, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for using a strong, unique password if account features are introduced.

Your Choices

You can open Cookie Settings from the site footer to allow or reject optional analytics. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies that bluprompts can delete from this site. Clearing functional browser storage may reset preferences and delete locally saved collections from that browser or device. You may also contact us at support@bluprompts.com to ask questions about your information or request that we delete information you previously provided to us. If account features are added, we expect to provide ways to access, update, export, or delete certain account information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and operational limits.

Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how personal information is used and shared. These rights may be subject to exceptions. To make a privacy request, contact support@bluprompts.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

California Privacy Notice

If California privacy law applies to bluprompts, California residents may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, opt out of certain sale or sharing of personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. bluprompts does not currently sell personal information. If features change how personal information is collected, used, sold, shared, or retained, we will update this section.

Children's Privacy

bluprompts is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to bluprompts, please contact support@bluprompts.com so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

International Visitors

bluprompts is operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as bluprompts changes, especially if we add user accounts, newsletters, analytics, paid features, user submissions, or other features that collect personal information. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of bluprompts after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
